2. What We Collect
When you contact us via the inquiry form, we collect your name, email, company, and the content of your message. When you visit the site, our session uses one cookie to store your language choice. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
3. Why We Process Data
To answer your inquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), to perform contracted services (Art. 6(1)(b)), and to comply with Estonian accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless a contract is signed; contractual records are retained for 7 years per the Estonian Accounting Act.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and you may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, AKI) at aki.ee.
6. Sharing
We do not sell data. We share it only with subprocessors strictly required to deliver our services (e.g. email and hosting providers within the EU/EEA).
